Back from a run

Like I said, let's write in english for a while now!
I'm back from a run along the beach, gosh it so beautiful! I'm not a big fan of running though, but I felt it is time to start up again after several days (months) of not running. I'm gonna go to the gym more often though, a PT would be great but too expensive.
Time for a shower!
